Description
Spánek is a blend of active extracts from herbs that affect the quality of sleep. They have a calming effect on the psyche, reduce the impact of stress and are such natural antidepressants. The herbs also have a positive effect on mood changes and inner tremors.
Dosage
2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
