Quercetin is a flavonoid, which is a polyphenolic plant compound. It is found in all plants. Of those available in our country, the following have the highest content: onions, leeks, tomatoes, broccoli, green capers, buckwheat, cabbage, dill, paprika, fennel, radishes, tea; from fruits: apples, apricots, grapes, cocoa and others. Vitamin C supports the immune system and helps collagen formation. Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) supports normal hormone synthesis and energy metabolism, and pine bark extract provides additional antioxidant support. Finally, licorice extract contributes to the normal function of the digestive tract. Dosage
The recommended dose for adults is 2 capsules per day, taken with water with food.
