Dosage
It is drunk warm 2-3 times a day. The infusion can be flavored, preferably with honey or plantain syrup.
Ingredients
Rosehip fruit (30%), fennel fruit (20%), fennel fruit (15%), linden flower (10%), peppermint leaf (10%), thyme leaf (5%), dill flower (5%), plantain leaf (5%).
