Description
Mollers Omega 3 Natur is a food supplement containing unflavored fish oil made directly in Norway, made from the highest quality cod liver with a high content of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins D, A and E. This oil provides 1.2 g of omega-3 in the daily recommended dose in a natural, unconcentrated, easily absorbable form of triglycerides.
Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth and bone development in children.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of vision in infants up to 12 months of age.
Vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Daily dose (= 5 ml) contains Omega 3 fatty acids 1200 mg (of which EPA 400 mg and DHA 600 mg), Vitamin E 10 mg (83%*), Vitamin A 250 mcg (31%*), Vitamin D 10 mcg (200%*).

Dosage
The recommended dose for adults and children aged 3 years and older is 5 ml (teaspoon) per day. Ideally during meals (for faster absorption of active ingredients).
