A strong dose of conjugated linoleic acid in a convenient gel form. It is a form of linoleic acid, which is a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid. Although CLA can be found in cheese, milk, meat or oils, it is a good idea to supplement it. Linoleic acid contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels at a dose of 10 g/day. The average diet only provides around 15-174 mg of CLA per day. CLA is a natural type of "healthy" fat found in meat and dairy products, especially those from grass-fed animals. CLA is an essential fatty acid that the body cannot produce and must come from the diet.
