A powerful dose of conjugated linoleic acid in a practical gel form. It is a form of linoleic acid, which belongs to the polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids. Although CLA acid can be found, for example, in cheese, milk, meat or oils, it is good to supplement it. Linoleic acid contributes to maintaining a normal level of cholesterol in the blood at a dose of 10 g/day. The average diet only supplies around 15-174 mg of CLA per day. CLA is a natural type of "healthy" fat found in meat and dairy products, especially those from grass-fed animals. CLA is an essential fatty acid that the body cannot produce and must come from the diet.
CLA can help reduce body fat storage by increasing metabolic rate and improving immune system function. It is used in bodybuilding and fitness to maintain lean muscle mass.
