Description
Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid. In the body, it is synthesized from it, for example, nitric oxide. Increased levels in the body are associated with a more efficient supply of nutrients to the muscles. An optimal supply of L-arginine is crucial for athletic performance and is therefore very popular with endurance athletes.
L-Arginine helps the body build protein and opens (dilates) blood vessels. Taking oral L-arginine can improve sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction caused by a physical cause. L-Arginine cannot be made by the body on its own under certain conditions, so it must be supplemented through diet or in the form of a dietary supplement.
Dosage
2 capsules before and 2 capsules after physical activity.
