Description
L-methionine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce and must therefore be supplied through diet. This amino acid is crucial for the formation of the correct structure of keratin – a protein that is the main component of hair and nails and is also part of the skin.
Dosage
1 capsule daily, thoroughly with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
