L-methionine is an essential (indispensable) amino acid that the body cannot make and therefore must be replenished through the diet. This amino acid is crucial for the formation of the proper structure of keratin, a protein that is the main component of hair and nails and is also part of the skin.
Dosage
1 capsule daily, thoroughly with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
