Description
Tincture of the buds of the ground anchor supports the heart, regulates iron levels and blood clotting. It has detoxifying effects, calms the nerves, supports the respiratory system and has a positive effect on the skin and gums. It also helps to strengthen sexual desire and performance.
It is an annual, inconspicuous, prostrate plant that grows in meadows, pastures, along roads in southern Russia, the Caucasus, Central Asia, China and India. The whole plant, but especially the fruits, contain a number of active substances, such as sapogenins, steroid saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, vitamins, etc., but the most effective is the bud tincture.
Anchor supports the cardiovascular system: it helps maintain iron content in the blood, normal blood clotting, and helps to cleanse it. It calms the nervous system, strengthens sexual desire and performance. It tones muscles, provides energy, and strengthens immunity. It has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, skin and gums.
Dosage
Daily dose = the number of drops corresponding to a person's weight divided into two or three daily doses (e.g. for a total weight of 60 kg, divide the dose into 2 x 30 drops or 3 x 20 drops)

Voda, alkohol 40% obj., glycerin, kotvičník pozemní pupeny.
