Burdock is a rhizome plant reaching a height of about 1.5 m. Its root is mainly used in various ways. It is widely used in the form of an infusion and decoction, but the most effective form is an alcohol tincture, which is suitable for combining with yarrow and dandelion. For external use, it is suitable to use an extract or oil. The root contains the polysaccharide inulin, as well as polyacetylene components with strong phytoncide and fungicidal effects, mucus, tannins, minerals and other substances.
Burdock stimulates natural defense mechanisms and strengthens the body's resistance. It supports blood purification, helps maintain healthy skin. It facilitates digestion, especially of fats, helps maintain normal functional status and mobility of joints.
Usage
Apply as needed and in an appropriate layer.
