Green coffee beans are a rich source of a whole group of active ingredients. Chlorogenic acid (CGA) is particularly important, as it is not only a strong antioxidant, but in such a high dose it also has a positive effect on sugar metabolism, thus offering the human body an additional source of energy that would otherwise be largely directed to critical areas in the form of fat.
The Naturvita food supplement contains an extract from green coffee beans, which contain 45% chlorogenic acid.
Two capsules correspond to 10 g of green coffee.
