Neospan melatonin plus is intended for people with poor sleep quality, difficulty falling asleep, psychological discomfort or alternating work shifts.
Neospan melatonin plus is safe, non-addictive and effective for acute needs. It will help with problems falling asleep during a demanding period, full of stress and mental strain with a negative impact on falling asleep, sleep quality with subsequent tendencies to exhaustion, fatigue, psychological discomfort and nervousness.
The unique combination of melatonin with L-tryptophan, magnesium, vitamin B6 and lemon balm contributes to faster falling asleep, reducing fatigue and exhaustion, resistance to stress and nervousness and supporting concentration. When alternating work regimes, it will contribute to reducing exhaustion.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily at bedtime with water.
