B-COMPLEX FORTE from Noventis contains 6 essential B vitamins, which are water-soluble vitamins that are essential for the proper functioning of our metabolism. All B vitamins contained contribute to maintaining energy metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B7 are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B3 and B5 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B2, B3 and B7 contribute to maintaining normal skin, and vitamin B7 also contributes to maintaining normal hair.
The intake of B vitamins is essential. The main food sources are yeast, meat, cheese, whole grains (including millet), legumes and nuts. To ensure a sufficient supply of B vitamins from food, it is therefore necessary to have a healthy, varied and balanced diet with a representation of these foods. However, products containing gluten, or for example nuts, are quite often a significant allergen. Therefore, if you cannot obtain B vitamins from your diet, it is best to provide them to your body in the form of a dietary supplement.

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium D-pantothenate, niacinamide, maltodextrin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, D-biotin, tablet coating: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc.
