The Ocuvite Complete dietary supplement is available in soft gel form and is taken 1 to 2 times a day. It contains nutrients that have been shown to help maintain healthy vision: DHA, lutein and zeaxanthin, vitamins C, E and zinc. DHA from the omega-3 fatty acid group is important for maintaining good vision. It can only be obtained from food or dietary supplements. Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids that are found in the central part of the retina responsible for sharp vision.
