Description
Omk1-LF is a sterile, preservative-free ophthalmic solution containing 2% citicoline and 0.075% high molecular weight hyaluronic acid in a liposomal solution that acts as a carrier for citicoline. Citicoline provides Omk1-LF with a useful and beneficial structural support in restoring the integrity of cell membranes affected by ocular degenerative processes, such as glaucoma. Hyaluronic acid, which is obtained through biotechnological production, provides solutions with mucomimetic, mucoadhesive and viscoelastic properties. These properties are beneficial in improving the stability of the tear film, which keeps the surface of the eye lubricated, hydrated and protected. Thanks to the presence of citicoline and its effect on the structure of retinal ganglion cells, Omk1-LF is intended as an adjunct treatment to intraocular pressure-lowering therapy in patients with glaucoma. The hydrating and protective properties of the solution provide relief for the eyes in case of irritation, burning and foreign body sensation in the eye, which are caused by environmental factors, eye surgery or conjunctivitis.

Dosage
Doporučená dávka je 1 kapka 3x denně. Po aplikaci může přechodně dojít k rozmazanému vidění, proto se doporučuje počkat několik vteřin u činností vyžadujících ostré vidění. Po nakapání počkejte 10 - 15 minut před použitím jiných místně působících očních léků. Po prvním otevření spotřebujte přípravek do 30 dnů. Vyhněte se kontaktu oka s kapátkem
