Description

OptiFibre is a 100% plant-based soluble fiber powder derived from partially hydrolyzed guar gum. The product is gluten-, lactose-, and fructose-free, has a neutral taste, and is suitable for diabetics, pregnant women, and children over 3 years of age.

Dosage

For adults:
Start with 1 scoop (5 g) daily. Gradually increase to 2-4 scoops (10-20 g) daily based on tolerability and effect. Maximum dose is 25 g daily.
For children (from 3 years old):
Start with ½ scoop (2.5 g) daily. Gradually increase to 1-2 scoops (5-10 g). Use only as directed by a physician.
For pregnant and lactating women:
Follow the standard adult dosage. Consult your doctor if necessary.
