Dosage
Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Triphala in warm water or juice and consume it before bedtime or in the morning. Take Triphala for 6 months, and in the case of chronic illness, continue for 1 year or longer. Take a break from using it for a few weeks or months after 2-3 months of usage. Later, you can resume taking Triphala.
