Description
Wolfberry Organic Coconut Oil has a delicate aroma typical of coconut and contains excellent sources of nutrients. It is made in BIO quality from controlled organic farming.
Wolfberry virgin coconut oil is obtained by gentle processing of coconuts on the islands of the Philippines, where the plants are grown in a certified BIO regime. Young but ripe fruits are selected for the production of the oil, which are peeled and the copra inside is finely grated. The fine pulp thus formed is then heated to a maximum of 42°C to evaporate all the water from it. From this water-free mass, first-class coconut oil is then obtained by cold pressing.
A typical property of virgin coconut oil is that it remains solid up to a temperature of around 23°C, while it turns into a liquid after this temperature is exceeded.
The uniqueness of coconut oil lies in the content of approximately 86% saturated fats, which are processed directly into energy in the body and not into fat reserves.

Dosage
It is heat stable up to 200 ºC, so it is excellent for frying, making candy, and preparing hot dishes in oriental kitchens.
