No:Rinse Intensive Pore Minimizing Toner is formulated with DMAE, salicylic acid and a copper complex to visibly firm, hydrate and energize skin. This face toner gently exfoliates and rids skin of residue, excess oil and build-up to help visibly shrink pores. One of our best toners, it leaves skin looking matte, refreshed and radiant.
Usage
Saturate a cotton pad and smooth over cleansed face. No rinsing is needed. Wait a few moments until dry before applying treatment or moisturizer. Use mornings and evenings.
