Description
BIOACTIVE CALCIUM+D3+K1+K2 contains important nutrients for our bones. A mixture of calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 and vitamins K1 and K2 ensures excellent calcium absorption. In the stomach, calcium ionizes and calcium ions are absorbed in the intestines, among other things, with the help of vitamin D3. Vitamin K is absorbed in the small intestine - it contributes to the maintenance of healthy bone tissue and normal blood clotting.
Calcium (or calcium) is an element and the most common mineral in the human body. The most significant function of calcium is its role in supporting healthy teeth and bones. Bone tissue also serves as a calcium storage site in the body. If the body receives too little calcium, it breaks down calcium from bone tissue and uses it to cover its needs.
Calcium is important for:

Vitamin D:

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that is necessary for proper blood clotting. It is also important for maintaining normal bone tissue, as it supports the production of a protein called osteocalcin, which allows calcium to be deposited in bone tissue. It is found in two natural forms: K1 (phytomenadione), which is a source of leafy vegetables, and K2 (menaquinone), which is produced by intestinal bacteria and is better absorbed.
Bioactive Calcium+D3+K1+K2 can also be taken as chewable tablets.

Dosage
1 calcium tablet 1-2 times per day, with or after meal. Tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
