Description
BIO-MARINE PLUS comprise a unique fish oil formula with 65% Omega-3 in the form of free fatty acids for direct absorption in the digestive system. Omega-3 with its content of EPA and DHA is known to contribute to normal functioning of the heart, plus maintenance of normal vision and brain function. Bio-Marine Plus contains Folic Acid and vitamin B12 – a vitamin combination that contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and psychological functions. Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) evaluated the information on the substances contained in this product-essential omega-3 fatty acids, folic acid and vitamin B12 - and recognised the following claims:

Ingredients
Fish Oil (30 TGF) - 500 mg, of which EPA - 185 mg, DHA - 115 mg, Folic acid - 100 µg, Vitamin B12 - 1 µg. Ingredients: Gelatine, Glycerol, Silicon dioxide, Purified water, Ammonia caramel, Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Fish oil.
Dosage
Adults take 1 capsule 1-4 times a day, children from 12 years - 1 capsule 2 times a day, children from 3 years - 1 capsule per day. Capsules swallow whole, during meals. Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
