NOTTY lavender is a food supplement that contains lavender extract, gamma-aminobutyric acid (Gabarelax™) and vitamin B6.
Lavender extract contributes to relaxation and good sleep.
Gabarelax™ is a natural gamma-aminobutyric acid, produced by a fermentation process that uses probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus hilgardii for fermentation. This strain is used in the production of the traditional Asian dish KIMCHI. The purity of the obtained product is higher than 98%. "Gamma-aminobutyric acid is present in 40% of all nerve cells. Most nerve cells have GABA receptors in their membranes."*

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal mental activity of the organism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Dosage
take 1 tablet daily in the evening before going to bed as needed.
