It contains 4,000 mg of soluble hydrolyzed marine collagen in a highly absorbable form in combination with vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation. Selenium and vitamin C are antioxidants that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Zinc and biotin support the health of your hair and skin.

Dosage
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older take 1 sachet daily after meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of water, stirring vigorously.
