It is advisable to start using Kolagen FORTE tablets with a so-called intensive treatment for one week. Thanks to the increased supply of collagen, the body's own collagen production is "started". The subsequent regular intake of 2 collagen tablets per day is sufficient building material for its natural production. It is advisable to include a weekly intensive treatment again after about 2 months of use.
