Saframyl is a food supplement in the form of saffron-based capsules, with L-tryptophan and vitamin B6.

L-tryptophan is an important nutrient that the human body normally obtains from food. It then produces a number of other substances from it, most of which serve the operations of the nervous and neurohormonal system. Among these substances, serotonin occupies a unique position, which is a transmitter of nerve signals that affect, among other things, psychological stability and a sense of well-being.
L-tryptophan does not cause any side effects and is not addictive. In the recommended daily dose, it does not reduce alertness or induce sleep.

The product is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age.

Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily before lunch. Take with sufficient water.
Ingredients
Saffron extract 30 mg (of which Safranal 0.6 mg), L-tryptophan 75 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1 mg (71% of the reference intake value) per tablet.
Filler microcrystalline cellulose, L-tryptophan, saffron extract 2%, anti-caking agents magnesium safranalstearate and colloidal silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).
