The use of melatonin from ODT (orodispersible) tablets is 2x higher than with classic tablets. It has been documented that cellular absorption is then 50% higher than with classic tablets. Absorption takes place on the mucous membranes in the mouth and upper esophagus, which guarantees higher efficiency than absorption through the digestive tract and liver.
Dosage
Doporučené dávkování: ½ tablety těsně před spaním, přímo rozpustné v ústech. Nerozkousaná tableta se vloží pod jazyk nebo mezi dáseň a ret a nechá se zvolna rozplynout v ústech. Doporučujeme tabletu nepolykat a nezapíjet.
