Description
Sarapis Mensis is a dietary supplement intended for women and girls, which contributes to the normal (physiological) course of menstruation. It relieves of unpleasant accompanying manifestations associated with menstruation and premenstrual syndrome, such as fatigue and exhaustion, psychological tension. It is also suitable for women who, for health reasons, cannot use hormonal contraceptives for menstrual problems.

Dosage
2 times a day for 1 capsule. The first capsule in the morning (preferably before the first meal) and the second capsule in the evening. Long-term use is advisable.
Ingredients
90 mg of flower pollen, 50 mg of fermented pollen, 22.5 mg of magnesium (6% RHP), 21.25 mg of cranberry extract - American cranberry (Vaccinium Macrocarpon): corresponds to 625 mg of cranberry, 18.75 mg of soybean extract, 12.5 mg of red clover extract - these two extracts contain a total of 12.5 mg of isoflavones. In addition, 1 capsule contains: 18 mg niacin (113% RHP), 15 mg royal jelly, 6 mg pantothenic acid (100% RHP), 5 mg phosphatidylserine, 3.75 mg zinc (38% RHP), 2.5 mg vitamin E (21% RHP), 2 mg vitamin B6 (143% RHP), 1.6 mg vitamin B2 (143% RHP), 1.4 mg vitamin B1 (127% RHP), 500 µg beta carotene, 200 µg folic acid (100% RHP), 150 µg biotin (300% RHP), 1 µg vitamin B12 (40% RHP).
