What is andropause and how does it manifest itself?
Andropause is a condition in men, similar to menopause in women, but it is not as well known among people as menopause, although it can bring similar problems. During this period, usually around the age of 40 to 50, men experience a decrease in the male sex hormone testosterone, which can be manifested by some physical and psychological changes in a man's life.
Use

Magnesium also contributes to the normal function of muscles and to the maintenance of the normal condition of bones and teeth. The selenium contained contributes to normal spermatogenesis (formation of male sex cells - sperm) and to the normal function of the thyroid gland. Selenium, together with vitamin C, vitamin B2 and zinc, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, which is a process that accompanies the natural aging of the body. Vitamin A, vitamin B2 and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is important for the proper function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, teeth, gums and skin. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood and contributes to good fertility and reproduction.
