- Pollen supports menopausal comfort, has a positive effect on vitality and endurance, and reduces fatigue. It helps to alleviate unpleasant accompanying symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, mood swings, nervousness, insomnia, increased sweating.
- Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Sérélys ONE is suitable for women in menopause or perimenopause. It does not contain phytoestrogens and is completely free of hormonal activity. It can therefore also be used by women for whom hormonal or phytoestrogen preparations are contraindicated.

Dosage
