More than 90 years ago, in 1923, the brothers Ernst and Friedrich Nippes founded a steel products factory in Solingen. Just a few years later, the quality of the scissors was so good that thousands of shops were supplied all over the world. The brothers started their business in an old cottage in Widdert, a traditional grinding mill in the "Bergische Land" and emphasized the "NIPPES SOLINGEN brand quality" from day one. The Nippes brothers' company was a stainless steel products factory, and that is still the case today. It stands for high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Highest quality, made for life.
