Gel insoles with a heart are made of silicone gel. There is a heart in the front part that supports the transverse arch. The insole is covered with a textile with a soft velour surface that allows for smooth slipping into closed shoes. The insole can be adjusted to a smaller size by cutting the tip with scissors.
