By fixing two fingers with a soft gel softening, you can eliminate pressure marks and abrasions caused by their friction. It can also be used in the case of a hammer/claw finger, which, thanks to the fixation, is straight to the other finger. The fixation can be used to better direct and straighten deformed fingers.
