MAGNESIUM 1 MEGA - an extra strong dose of magnesium in one tablet. For muscles, nerves and reducing fatigue, suitable for increased physical and mental stress.
Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, contributes to the normal function of muscles including the heart (maintaining normal muscle contractions and a normal heartbeat), helps maintain the normal condition of bones and teeth.
Magnesium may be needed by pregnant and lactating women, convalescents, people with heavy physical and mental work, athletes, people 50+, cardiac patients and diabetics, people suffering from stress, children during the growth period. Magnesium intake from food is often low, so it is advisable to ensure its daily dose. Magnesium participates in all metabolic processes in which energy is converted in the body.

Dosage
1 tablet per day after meal or as recommended by your doctor. Can be used in the long term. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ingredients
Magnesium oxide (equivalent to 500 mg of pure magnesium) - 835 mg. Ingredients: magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, calcium phosphate. The product does not contain any chemical preservatives or synthetic dyes, dairy, corn, soy, wheat products (gluten), yeast or sugar.
