Magnesium intake from food is often low, so it is advisable to ensure its daily dose. Magnesium participates in all metabolic processes in which energy is converted in the body.

Dosage

Ingredients: magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, calcium phosphate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (stabilizer). The product does not contain any chemical preservatives or synthetic dyes, dairy, corn, soy, wheat products (gluten), yeast or sugar.
