Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, 4:1 root extract: 150mg) - 600 mg, Hops (Humulus lupulus, 4:1 extract: 85mg) - 340 mg, Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata, 6:1 extract: 50mg) - 300 mg, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, 8:1 extract: 75mg) - 600 mg. Ingredients: valerian extract, hops, lemon balm, passion flower, calcium phosphate, silica, magnesium stearate, gelatin.
Dosage
1-2 capsules daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Can be used in the long term. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
