Ingredients
Esters of plant sterols (source: vegetable oils) - 800 mg. Other ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, carob, purified water. Does not contain chemical preservatives and synthetic dyes, sweeteners, wheat products, gluten or yeast. The ester form of plant sterols increases bioavailability.
Dosage
Depending on the desired effect: Maintaining cholesterol level: 1 capsule daily with food Lowering cholesterol level: 2 x 1 capsule a day, with food Warning: Do not exceed recommended dosage.
