Description
Nettle leaves stimulate the excretion of water from the body and support the detoxification of the body. Dosage
Pour 1 sachet with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. Adults 4-5 cups per day, children from 3 years 1 cup per day.
