Dosage
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals. Take a capsule with enough water. Swallow the capsule whole with water, or split it and pour the contents into food or water.
Ingredients
One capsule contains 550 mg of the Bella LiNia blend, which includes milk thistle - 200 mg, Indian plantain powder - psyllium - 150 mg, guarana powder - 100 mg, holly leaf extract - 50 mg, skullcap extract and sea buckthorn extract. Capsule packaging - cellulose.
