Dosage
1 capsule twice a day before meals. The capsules are swallowed whole with water, or divided and the contents are poured into food or water. They can be taken as needed or for a long period of time.
Ingredients
1 capsule contains 300 mg of a mixture of THISTLE + REISHI [milk thistle (Silybum marianum) dried powder and extract 200 mg, reishi mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum) 75 mg, dried elderberry powder (Sambucus nigra) 25 mg] containing 33 ± 2 mg silymarin and 16.60 mg ß-glucan ± 0.6%.
