The package contains 120 capsules.
Dosage
1 capsule twice a day before meals. The capsules are swallowed whole with water, or divided and the contents are poured into food or water. They can be taken as needed or for a long period of time.
Ingredients
One capsule contains 300 mg powder of whole reishi mushroom/Ganoderma lucidum powder without adulterants. Capsule packaging: cellulose.
Warning
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Use the capsule immediately after removing from the blister.
