Description

Recommended especially for seniors and menopausal women. The olive oil used, whose properties are well known, ensures effective absorption of vitamin D3 into the body.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 15 years of age: 1 capsule per day. The capsule is swallowed whole with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be taken as needed and for a long time.
