Its essential oil acts as a tonic and aphrodisiac. Cinnamon and lemon balm support the proper function of the digestive tract and digestion. It is effective for loss of appetite and mild fatigue. Lemon balm is suitable for bloating, belching and flatulence.

15 - 30 drops with a feeling of fullness and heaviness after a meal
