Description
Amyris comes from the forested areas of Haiti. This tree got its name Amyris from the Greek word Amyron, which means strongly fragrant. Amyris is also called East Indian sandalwood and is often confused with White Sandalwood. Their effects and woody, vanilla aroma are very similar. Amyris essential oil is often used for its beneficial properties in cosmetics and aromatherapy. Amyris essential oil has antiseptic, analgesic, antibacterial and calming effects. It helps with exhaustion, insomnia and stress.
Usage
Apply a few drops to aroma lamps, directly to the bath or to the massage emulsion.
