Description
Bay laurel is used in baths for problems with tired and swollen legs. The scent is pleasantly refreshing, helps with fatigue and exhaustion, helps maintain concentration.
Dosage
Use in a 1:100 dilution (equivalent to 24 drops per 100 ml of oil) for massage on the skin. Add 10-15 drops to your bath to refresh your skin. Never use undiluted oil directly on the skin. Do not use before subsequent tanning.
