Description
The absorbent pad of the URGO Burn Patch is coated with a TLC grid, which is impregnated with hydrocolloid particles and petroleum jelly. In contact with exudate from the wound, the hydrocolloid particles react with petroleum jelly to form a lipidocolloid gel that supports the healing process and relieves pain. The patch does not stick to the wound and allows for painless patch changes.
