Hemp seed oil is one of the longest-used oils in human nutrition and, due to its valuable nutritional values, is now enjoying increasing consumer popularity. 100% pure, cold-pressed hemp oil retains its main nutritional composition unchanged and stands out in particular for its high content of biologically active substances - omega-3 unsaturated alpha-linolenic acid.
Dosage
1-2 tablespoons (10-20ml) per day

Hemp (Cannabis sativa) 100% oil 49.5 ml, sunflower oil 50 ml, alpha-tocopherol 500 mg (vitamin E) in 100 ml product. A daily dose of 10 ml of oil contains 50 mg of vitamin E, i.e. 417% of the reference intake value
