Description
Silicon is a dietary supplement containing silicon from horsetail, zinc, vitamin B5, biotin and hyaluronic acid. Silicon is one of the essential biogenic elements, which means that it is absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the organism. In its pure form, silicon does not occur in nature, we only encounter its compounds.
Dosage
Children from 14 years dose 1 capsule per day. Adults can take 1-2 capsules daily.
Ingredients
The product contains in one capsule: Maltodextrin (filler), silicon 15 mg, zinc 15 mg (i.e. 150% *recommended daily dose), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 5 mg (83% *recommended daily dose), biotin 75 mcg ( 150%*recommended daily dose), hyaluronic acid 15 mcg. The capsule cover contains gelatin, glycerin.
