Description
Cold-pressed flaxseed oil contains naturally occurring vitamins A, B, D, E and F, unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, lignins, phytoestrogens and other valuable substances. Flax increases the volume of intestinal contents, supports intestinal peristalsis, contributes to regular intestinal function. It facilitates digestion, helps maintain the stomach and digestive tract in good functional condition. It enhances the feeling of fullness and satiety, contributes to reducing appetite and reducing calorie intake, helps with weight loss. It has a beneficial effect on the course of menopause. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
A daily dose of 5 ml contains 4.975 ml of flaxseed oil and 25 mg of vitamin E (corresponds to 208% of the recommended daily dose).
The package contains 200ml.
Dosage
1 teaspoon 1 - 3 times a day (i.e. 5 - 15 ml)

100% flax seed oil 99.5 ml, alpha-tocopherol 500 mg (vitamin E) in 100 ml of the product.
