Description
Apricot oil is characterized by a favorable representation of unsaturated fatty acids, which make up over 90% of all fatty acids. The most abundant oleic and linoleic acids reach up to 85% of the unsaturated acid content. Vitamin E participates in protecting cells from oxidative stress, i.e. from the adverse effects of oxygen radicals.
Dosage
1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) 1 x per day.
Ingredients
Apricot 100 % seed oil (min. 10 % gamma-linolenic acid GLA) 4.6 g, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 20 mg (i.e. 166 % of the nutrient reference value) in 5 ml of oil.
