Description
Apricot oil is characterised by a favourable proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, which account for over 90% of the total fatty acid content. Oleic and linoleic acids are the most abundant, accounting for up to 85 % of the unsaturated acid content. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, i.e. from the adverse effects of oxygen radicals.
Dosage
1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) 1 x per day.
Ingredients
Apricot 100 % seed oil (min. 10 % gamma-linolenic acid GLA) 4.6 g, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 20 mg (i.e. 166 % of the nutrient reference value) in 5 ml of oil.
