Description
Coenzyme Q10 60 mg with vitamin E is an innovative product containing twice the amount of active ingredient. Coenzyme Q10 or ubiquinone is a substance naturally present in the cells of the human body. In particular, the highest amounts are found in active and stressed cells (e.g. heart muscle, brain or liver cells), where it is involved in the process of energy production.
Coenzyme Q10 is partly taken in through food and partly produced directly in the body. The ability to produce it naturally decreases with age or with increased exertion. Its supplementation is suitable for middle-aged and older people, athletes and people with high physical and mental stress.
The vitamin E it contains, together with coenzyme Q10, is a powerful antioxidant. They contribute to the protection of cells against the action of free radicals and the formation of oxidative stress, which is the result of an imbalance of antioxidants and free radicals in the body.
