Guarana 800 mg from the Rainforest® series - An extract from the seeds of the Amazonian liana plant Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is renowned for its stimulating effects. It contains guaranine, caffeine, tannins, saponins and bioflavonoids. Guarana helps to overcome fatigue and the feeling of exhaustion, has a positive effect on the muscular and nervous system, during menstruation or against the feeling of hunger. Guarana is suitable during periods of increased mental activity with the need for maximum concentration. It gives energy and zest for life. Guarana is comparable to coffee in its stimulating effect, it even contains twice the amount of caffeine. It contains substances that release caffeine slowly and over a longer period of time. Compared to coffee, guarana does not irritate the stomach walls and the body does not develop a habit of its extract through frequent use.
